About:
Mr Hutchinson is very short. Although he lacks the intimidation of height he makes up for it with a big voice and some sharp fangs. He battles with speed and agility, getting between his foes legs and biting their ankles.

Hutchinson was a very angry Snubbull. He did not enjoy being a frilly, little, pink thing and even when he evolved he struggled to out grow his temper. When he met Amelia it all seemed to change. He had no need to be angry about anything and felt strangely happy around her. She uncovered a new side to Chuck and they became inseparable, soon becoming husband and wife. Since meeting Amelia his anger management has slowly improved, although he still struggles with the particularly annoying Pokemon.

Other notes:
-Although some may think showing other Pokemon type effectiveness through practical means is unruly, Chuck believes it is the best way to teach them.
-He is the sort of teacher that likes pop-quizzes >:3

Didn't do a lot to Granbull design wise, just made it shorter.
I picked Granbull because I wanted a normal type Pokemon and to give them a lot of different typed moves. The fang moves worked out perfectly.
